Analysis Group’s CEO on Managing with Soft Metrics

My father is an economist at Yale, which I attended as an undergraduate. I was in the throes of adolescent rebellion, so I wanted nothing to do with economics—I didn’t take a single course in the subject. After graduation I went off to Harvard Law School, and then I practiced law for five years.
