For SMBs’ talent strategies in particular, AI is expected to have a transformative impact.
According to a November 2025 survey by Harvard Business Review Analytic Services of 230 respondents from the Harvard Business Review audience working at SMBs, all familiar with their organization’s talent practices for U.S.-based talent, 76% of respondents say their organization is planning to increase its use of AI over the next 12 months.
